HSG 2025 Regulations – 29 May
- Entries and deadlines
– The registration period starts on 1 April 2025 and ends on 22 May 2025, at 23.59pm [CET]. It is not possible to register after this period.
– The registration fee will be €10 per event;
– Members of Prins Hendrik get a 25% discount on the registration fee.
– Per event an athlete’s best performance will be obtained from Atletiek.nu. Performances submitted there should be the athlete’s best performance for that event during the period of 1 April 2023 through 22 May 2025. Regarding registration for sprinting and long jump / triple jump events, a maximum tailwind of +2.0 m/s is allowed. Performances based on hand timing are not accepted.
– In case an athlete has a new best performance which is not visible on Atletiek.nu, the athlete has to send a direct link to these results to wedstrijden@ph.nl. This new best performance will be registered after it has been checked by the organization.
- Programme and entry conditions
– Per event there will be a maximum number of athletes. Athletes will be selected based on their best performances submitted for that event. If necessary and desired, reserve athletes will be selected.
– A preliminary schedule is published on atletiek.nu. After the registration deadline, changes may be made based on the number of participants.
– The organisation reserves the right to (on rare occasions) accept or refuse athletes after the registration period.

* Registration closes upon reaching the maximum number of participants (16).
- Additional terms
The Competition Rules of the Dutch Athletics Federation will be in force. Additional terms are:
– In the triple jump, 9 metre and 11 metre take-off markings will be used.
– A maximum of two para-athletes can participate in the long jump and sprint events (100m-400m). The selection is determined by the national para-athletics coach.
– During the competition, only senior weights and hurdle heights will be used. The organization reserves the right to make an exception for athletes from a different category who have a realistic chance of achieving a qualifying standard for an international tournament.
– In the exceptional case that an athlete participates with a different weight or hurdle height as these mentioned above, the athlete can no longer lay claim to the prize money.
– A minimum of six athletes is required for the technical events in order for these events to go through.
– The 100m sprints and 100mH / 110 mH may have two races. All heats will be determined by time; the first heat will be determined by the submitted times, the second heat (finals) will be determined by the previously run times. The fastest heat will run last.
– After the event, the prize winners will receive a card to collect the prize money at the bib number desk. There is also a prize for the best performance of the day for men, women, and emerging talent. This will be awarded on the infield after the competition. The prize money is: 75 euros -50 euros -25 euros for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place*. Best performance of the day: 150 euros for the best performance of the day among men, women, and emerging talent.
*The prizes per event in 2024are respectively €75, €50, and €25 for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, provided there are at least 7 participants at the start of the event; with 5 or 6 participants, there are two prizes (€75 and €50); with 3 or 4 participants, there is one prize (€75)
- Reporting, canceling and not participating
– Race numbers have to be collected personally from the desk on the first floor of the club house, no later than one hour before the event’s starting time.
– Reserve athletes may be entered no later than Thursday morning 29 May, 10am. After 10am, reserve athletes will not be admitted anymore.
– In case you would like to cancel your registration, please make sure to do so before Thursday morning 29 May at 10am by sending an email to: wedstrijden@ph.nl. For cancelations after 10am please call +31 6 1174 7927 (Daniëlle Gorgels).
– To maintain full heats, we strongly request timely withdrawal if you decide not to participate in the finals after the 100m, 100m hurdles, or 110m hurdles heats. Withdrawals can be made at the competition secretariat.
